Exfin Shipping consultant was launched on 1st August, 1986 as a partnership firm in New Delhi. The main purpose of this firm was to cater to the urgent need of valuable shippers in Northern India and to assist and guide them in extracting full benefits of the concept of containers Door-To-Door movement of cargos from their loading point ot the final destitnation.

Within a short period of 6 months, this firm was converted to EXFIN SHIPPING (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED and required Certificate of registration was received from registrar of companies on 24/03/1987. The company maintained its steady growth over of period of next 10 years and subsequently from 1st February 1997, it grew to the status of EXFIN SHIPPING (INDIA) LIMITED with a paid up capital of INR 25.00 million.

The new millenium saw the company diversifying into new growth areas of International trading in Ferrous and Non Ferrous items, Commodities etc.
